Sam, I want to come play at *your* house! Have *plenty enough* of my *own*,LOL, but I seriously love your system & NEED to do something different with mine as I've "outgrown" 3 double-tier turntables & a *few* sewing organizers w/the clear pockets!!!

I want to come play at your houses too!!! Of course I have one of everything (in a Plano tackle box)- but you all have so many from other brands too. That sounds like a really fun party. I'll bring the chocolate- and my giant box of clone colors.

What did you use to hang the lippies?? That looks really cool. I neeeeeeed that!

I couldn't see Xarata's picture. I would think it would be fairly easy for someone with basic sewing skills to make a lippie holder. You could use plastic canvas for hanging or regular cloth with elastic tacked down every 1/2 inch or so to slide the lippies into. You could also make a small one out of fabric for lippie travel!! L.

On her Vox blog, she said it was a marker clip. Hopefully, she will tell us where she got them!!!!

Hi, girls,

My hubby and I are "empty-nesters" - which means I get an entire bathroom to myself. We got a used, narrow 48" tall dresser, spray-painted it white and put on nifty little drawer pulls. I bought 4 pretty cutlery trays of woven something-or-other, and organize my loot in those. I usually keep one with my "everyday stuff" on top of the dresser with the lighted mirror, but everything tucks away into drawers if I need to neaten up quick. I store my e/s upside down so I can see the colors and arrange them by colors. Since I like to use the same e/s finish, I've marked the containers from the same collection. My lippies are stored upright in round brass decorative votive candle holders - still need to pick through them to find the lippie I want, but it looks cool. I also store my hair appliances, clips, bands and other beautification doodads (drills, spackel, sanders) in the drawers. I found a flower pot of clear glass (like the clay ones) on clearance at a craft store, filled it 2/3 with small colored marbles (also on clearance), and use that to stand my brushes and mascara in so they're easy to find. The short handled bukis and ultimate e/s brushes just snuggle in with my little jars in the top basket. It's all very wonderful until I spill powder all over it......NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Ah, well. DH says klutzy is part of my charm. Lauren

I hang the marker boards with either foam tape or nails (the big one is hung with nails). The markerboards are usually from walmart. Obviously, I only buy magnetic ones

I hang the lippies with marker clips (that have pre-mounted foam tape on the back. Again, I buy in bulk from a supplier online)
I bought my marker clips here http://www.godryerase.com/metipdryerma.html but you can just google "marker clips" or "dry erase marker clips" and find lots of places.

I hang the jars with magnets (1" x 1/8" self adhesive round magnets with a hole in the middle. I buy them in bulk on ebay- peel and stick),
I always buy my magnets from the same ebay seller. She doesn't always have them in stock but they always come back again: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0089412451

I don't keep the liquid lippies, my brushes, mascaras, etc. on the wall though. not yet anyway...
