I went camping this past weekend to Big Valley Jamboree (it's a big country music festival held in Alberta, Canada) and the 'campground' is this old farmers' field - lots of dampness and high grasses therefore lots of mosquitoes. When I get mosquito bites, I end up with a pretty big swollen area and redness that doesn't go away for a few weeks. But.... I made a discovery! I ended up with a bite on my face (and of course it was swollen). I didn't really try to remedy it, but ended up using Facelift or Super Serum on my entire face at night (as usual). Much to my surprise... the swelling reduced and the bite was gone within a day!
Fortunately, I had brought a bunch of sample bottles of serum, including Aloe. Turns out it didn't matter which serum that I used on my bites - all of them reduced itchiness immediately and swelling within a day!
