Hi,
I had ordered the sample foundation kit a while back, but did not have good results in mixing my shade. I am attaching 2 pictures of the bases from left to right, they are: Buttery Gold, Warm Gold and Ebony base. Which base should I use? Also, my face is about as pale as my arm is, what mixture would you start with? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
Cindy
P.S. Sorry the pics are so big, I don't know how to downsize them.

Re: Foundation help
You look about my colour (don't let the photo fool you - one light on at the opposite end of the room, and tan finishing powder does wonders
For the original formula foundation, I'd go about 13 to 15 white to one ebony. For medium cover, you'd probably want another scoop of ebony in there. And you could throw in just a pinch of warm gold if you need to warm it up a little. But if your arm colour truly is pretty much the same as your face colour, you can probably just get out the measuring spoons, put a level teaspoon of white into the jar, and two to four of the little scoops of ebony for your mix.
If you already did and it didn't work - give a shout!

I think Rhys is right. It looks like the Ebony will be the best match. Only add the Warm Gold if you feel it needs something.

Thanks Rhys, I realized that I am a little darker than the underside of my arm. I mixed 9 white to 1 ebony and am wearing that today. So far, it looks okay. I am going to order the medium and heavy ivory foundation base samples, b/c I just have the original and would like a little more coverage. Thanks again for your help.

Thanks JenW, I mixed 9 white with 1 ebony and am wearing that today. So far it looks good. I will wear this mixture for a couple of days and see what I think. Thanks again for your suggestion. It looks like the Ebony will be the best match. Only add the Warm Gold if you feel it needs something.
