How are Returns Handled?

I recently sent back a lippie that did not work for me and wondered if someone could tell me how the process works? Will I get an email when the lippie has been received and how does the store credit work?

P.S. I was going to wait until I got credit back to try another lippie I have had my eyes on, but I couldn't wait and I ended up ordering 3 lippies Sherry, Amour and Peach Melba

I'd love to know about that, too The page mentioned doesn't really answer your questions Out of the 21 different shades I've purchased so far, only 2 didn't suit me, which is quite impressive considering I'm not that much of a lippie wearer/addict usually (well I sure am now ). I've sent them back as I had no one to give them to . Would be great to know if the lippies have been received

Hi, I've sent back 2 brushes back from Singapore on 15 August, but I haven't heard anything from Karen, so I don't know if my returns have been received? Will I get a code for the value of the brushes returned for my next silknaturals purchase?
