A Good-Bye to Patrick Swayze!

Post by ladycattat » Mon Sep 14, 2009 11:00 pm

I am so sad. I just heard that Patrick Swayze lost his battle with cancer today. I'm bummed. He was such a classy guy. I think that Dirty Dancing is one of my all time favorite movies of all time! I had such the crush on him....sexy with a heart of gold.
It was so nice that he was a man that loved his work and did it well, and was still married to his childhood sweetheart.
Any other fans out there that want to raise a glass with me, and share your memories?

Oh how sad....I was in junior high when Dirty Dancing came out. We all drooled over him. It is really cool that he was married to the same woman for so long. I found this online- probably one of my favorite SNL sketches of all time.

Loved him too. I'm so sad for his wife. I loved him in "Point Break" have you seen that one? He's great in it, and Keanu isn't bad either ;) And of course loved Ghost!
