applying serum

Should we apply on damp face or dry face? Does it matter? I thought the consensus for moisturizers was apply yo damp face but not sure if the same "rule" applies to serums?!
In search of the perfect mix!!

I think the general consensus on skincare is "whatever works for you". That being said, I can't use a couple of the serums on a dry face without adverse reaction, so my vote is definitely for a damp face.
