Welcome to the Forum, Casper!
I admit to having read your message late last night, but wanted to answer when I was a little more awake! Your pic is lovely. I think I can help you without a pic in sunlight just fine. I think Mikie is right on. Ebony color base is our neutral base. The only other base that might work (especially the tanner you are) is Warm Gold color base. I am sure I would be a Fairly Light in BE and I keep both of those mixed up. In summer when I am tanner, I generally stick with the Warm, and in winter the Ebony.
For a White base for mixing, it depends on what kind of coverage you are seeking. Our Original Formula White is a light coverage. Our Medium Coverage White is like two good layers of the Original, and the Heavy Coverage White is like a few coats of the Medium. Many of the girls mix up a concealer out of the Heavy and wear the Medium Coverage for their foundation. Here you need to order the sample kit that will include a scoop and a jar for mixing. In Ebony base you will be around a 1 scoop Ebony: 7-8 scoops White, or 1Warm Gold:8-10 White. It does take more of the colored base with the heavier coverage, so the range I am giving you will be close. If you have more questions about mixing, many of us can help you out here at the forum.
Primers are also a preference item and will require sampling. I don't think you are quite dark enough for a tinted primer, but again, it may be just the ticket. I am a combo myself and would gravitate toward the Silk Powder. It has so many benefits for skin, but I do recommend sampling to make sure your skin likes it. The other primer is for more an oily type, but some of the gals who are more oily still prefer the Silk, and some that are combo like the Oil Control Primer.
If you have issues with redness and undereye circles, the Unblush and Sleep in a Jar might be worth a sample. I do know Karen is currently formulating a cream undereye concealer for 'more experienced' undereye application. Products of that nature take a considerable more time to perfect as opposed to a powder formulation. It will be worth it, though.
Finishers are what drew me in about a year ago. For a translucent finish, try Perfecting Powder. One of my other favorites is Date Bait. It adds a small amount of healthy glow. Tempt Tryst adds a golden glow. Love Lure will be more of a bronzer on you, but I have used that one in the summer when fairly tan.
While you are at it, pick up a few samples of blush. Flirt is a great neutral, but Pretty Plum or Baby Doll will be very fun for any season. You also need to try at least one lippie. I recommend starting with Breathless.
Again, welcome to the forum, and I am happy to answer any other questions you might have.
