Hello, my names Sarah and I'm a food-a-holic

I love food!!!!! I can barley remember important dates and sometimes appointments and even nearly miss my parents anniversary. But I can tell you in a heartbeat how I like my chicken (grilled with herbs), 1000 and 1 ways to eat chocolate and it's health benefit, the best places to eat in Gloucester and where the best sandwich places are too.

I love food and this week I hang my head in shame as I've gained another 1lb this week and I got no one to blame but myself!!!! Snacking on food while cooking my dinner, having a bit of galaxy chocolate off my sister bar (cause it don't count if I don't eat the whole bar right.................right)

But now I have a new week, a week to lose those pounds I've gained. A friend of mine at the rosemary conley class (who has come back from hols and has gained 3lbs), are doing a race to see who can lose the most in the next week and I plan on winning!!!!

wish me luck, I'll need it :D

Thanks for the encouragement Karen I'm going to need it this week and I going to pretend that I didn't see sewwies and egerandi post!!!

My names Sarah and I too am a food-a-holic! I'm baking at 1am!!!!! Hehe!

You'll do great Sarah, you need to treat yourself every once in a while and what's one measly pound? You've had your tasties so you can get back to business and not feel so deprived! Plus a little competition never hurts ;)

Good luck!! X X

Yes! I agree completely.

I'm a foodaholic too. `Really, what's life without a bit of chocolate? I've been skinny, and I've been chubby (I was always chubby)- thin is more fun, but mainly from a health and energy standpoint. But the day I give up chocolate is the day they close the lid on my coffin, and not a moment before.

You're going to rock this week!

Mmm...banana bread.

Oh no, you can't give up chocolate! Try to stick with the 70%+ ones, and perhaps portion them out? Chocolate is good for you!

Nice to know I'm not the only foodie out there Karen. Oh yes the day I give up chocolate it the day my coffin is sealed in a nuclear bomb shelter, a couple of miles beneath the surface. Chocoholics unite.

Thank you all for your kind words and support it really means alot me
