Is Belleweather e/s similar to Peacock Cream Eye liner?

Well, the whole question's pretty much in the subject ;)

I've been playing around with make up today, and have been applying my Peacock cream liner as a lid color, because I love this color sooo much and wanted to give it a try as a shadow.

It looks absolutely wonderful, the only thing is that it's very hard to apply, and almost impossible to blend (I suppose especially as I had my Too Faced Shadow Insurance base on, but I don't think the liner would be "strong" enough to last thoughout the day as a shadow without it...).
I tried it with my fingers, with a brush... Although I love the way it looks I'm not ready to fight a new war every morning!

So I've been looking around, and it seems to me that Belleweather is extremely similar to Peacock, if not exactly the same.
If anyone had both in their make up bags, could you please tell me what you think?

To my eye, they are very similar if not the same. (I pulled them both out and checked them in daylight.)
