I just want to try to get this one post up!!!

I have been having issues replying to your questions today. Know that I am trying and will eventually get them up here!!! I am hoping to write posts in another word processing program on my computer because I have lost a few messages when trying to post them. I hope it is only on my end and my web server is just overloaded from the Good Friday Holiday.

Same here in the UK, Jen. I've noticed messages on Facebook that servers everywhere are timing out and struggling, probably with the Easter weekend having caused an increase in usage as people contact families or spend recreation time online.

I know that I have been having a hard time getting on to the site since Wednesday night, then I figured that it was because Karen was probably loading new products, but now I can get on to the site fairly easily, but am having heck of the time with the forum. I have actually had my computor tell me dx my connection , only to find out that there is nothing wrong with the computor, and eventually the forum will load.

Yes me too, tried a few times now before being able to send off a post!

Ha! Try watching a movie online! Usually I have no problems with fancast.com but today was so IRRITATING! It would stop every few minutes and try buffering. Then the only thing I have to do is start all over and fast forward to where it froze. What a bummer. I finally gave up, lol.

So the hosting company finally got back to me. They thought someone was trying to do a "denial of service" attack to our server- they said all of a sudden there were a ton of connections from all over the world, and they thought it was someone trying to take out our servers. Apparently they put some sort of limit on the number of connections to try to hold off "the attack"- which is why it was acting strange.

Hehe- I told him that it was all of us gals chatting on the forum, and checking our the new stuff- and to bump that limit! Hopefully it will get better soon.

That explains it perfectly. Everything is much smoother today.
