Lavender toner as finishing spray?

Can you use the lavender ph toner as a finishing spray on-top of your foundation. Or will it actually remove it as it does soap residue.

You could absolutely use it as a finishing spray. One caveat though is that the silica we use in the foundation, and finishing powders looks ashy if you get it wet.
