Vanilla is one of those colors that works well on all skintones. It is my favorite multipurpose highlighter. It is perfect just under your brow and in the inner corner of your eye to make your eyes appear more open and refreshed.

You will love Brown Sugar, Olive You, and Honey, too. They are great colors for warm skin.

I have Vanilla and I have warm skin. I'm also ethnic chinese (although I don't always look it, because I'm considered
"tanned" for a Chinese. My girlfriends are all porcelain-toned waifs).
Vanilla is a very versatile colour and I've really used it everyday since I got it. I love it in the inner corners of my eyes. Just a bit and it brightens my eyes up.

You'll love Vanilla. Its not "white-white"... just a shimmery off-white on my eyes. So its not like *BLING* white eye shadow. More like, "eh? can't put my finger on it, but ur eyes look brighter" shade.
I love swimming too. I tan. Hardly burn. So when I was younger, I never put on sunblock. I actually like being tan. But these days I slap on sunblock because I'm not young anymore. I am already experiencing the effects of all those years of swimming with no sunblock -- freckles.
