Hi, it seems that Cheer is missing from the web site, can't find it in Eye shadows, nor in New Products. It can be found in the Shimmery Party Quad kit, but I don't need the whole kit as Chestnut is too dark/warm for me. I already ordered some of the new goodies yesterday but discovered that I absolutely need a few more things, Cheer and Soiree included...
