Which moisturizer would be best for dry skin?

Which of the moisturizers would be best for my weird dry skin? I have combination skin at the moment. Oily in the "I" zone, forehead, nose, chin and jaw line with really dry patches that flake on my cheeks and just above the edges of my mouth. The dryness is from walking out in the cold weather.

Flakes are dehydration- so a lack of water from the cold, dry air hitting your skin. Hemp Moisturizer will help restore the barrier function without being too heavy for the oily parts.
I'd also grab tube of the Olive Oil Moisturizer and put that on your cheeks before you go outside. The oats are really calming, and hydrating.
