I am going to be in a wedding in March and this is the dress I will be wearing. It is a pretty casual wedding taking place on a cruise ship my first cruise I am so excited!!!

I need help though Hair, makeup, accessories...any ideas. I was think I might wear my hair wavy. I would love to do an updo, but my hair is so thick I can never get it to stay put with hair pins I was think of either bronze strappy sandals or I have a cute pair of faux snake skin sandals that look nice with it too.

I would love everybodies input. Thanks in advance.

It's a casual outdoor (as outdoor as it can be, hehe) wedding, so wavy hair down sounds lovely. I would go with light but statement eyes using some cool colors: that teal eye you did on FOTD would work nicely. I would use a lighter base like Vanilla or Boom and highlight it with something that has a bit of green/teal/gold like Sprite or Frosty or Fairy Dust. Whatever teal you have would work as outer crease. I'm sending you Intergalactic though, so if you want to put that on a black base, that would pop! but maybe too much for the occasion. Something peachy for lips and cheeks would be nice.

As for accessories, some bangles and either a necklace, as if you have your thick hair down, the earrings won't show. Something like a pendant? And make sure to get a wrap that matches your shoe or bag (clutch) colors. Have fun!

That sound pretty...I like the idea of intergalactic too. I will have to play with that shade when I get it.

I think, if you can wear copper, that it would complement your dress nicely - but, I don't know if you can wear them; they can be tricky. Of course, teal is always an option, but if you can wear copper, I think it'd be great with that dress. My second choice would be rich browns with a pink lip... but maybe you want something more fun than neutrals. Oooh, or Red Hot - maybe like, Red Hot and some kind of neutral... that would be kind of avant garde but I'd be into it. Depends on your personality, I guess.

I agree that peachy is the way to go, in general, with a teal garment - but that's a guideline, not a rule.

The Shimmery Party Quad or other coppery things would rock if you can wear them. If not, I'll echo something with Fairy Dust or an EOTD like you just did - the morph colours look great on you!

I agree copper would be pretty too, although they can be a bit iffy for me. If there is too much red in them they don't look that great on me.

When I got the dress I really thought some kind of metallic would look really pretty with it. I just wasn't sure which way I wanted to go. I will have to look through my shades and see if I even have any copper shades.

The new collection had some really nice copper-ish colors. Right now I can only think of Orbit: would work nicely with a lighter base like Boom with Sonic or Sprite highlights?

I looked through all my shadows and I couldn't find one copper color in there. I will have to go check out the copper shades, so I can order one when I order my lippie(s)

I like the idea of something coppery on the eye, maybe teak-ie if you have it? I think that is the one I have that is a really amazing metallic copper. Gorgeous dress

Oh!! thanks Lily, I forgot all about Tea-kie and I do have it. Any suggestions on what to pair with it?
