all purpose shimmer

I'm not sure what the proper protocol is for asking for a new version of another companies existing product... but there is a lucent face powder by some other unnamed company

that is a HG item for lots of people. It is the perfect non-color to mix in with anything to bump up the shimmer factor. It is the perfect color to use as a highlighter for the tops of your checks. The color is described as a "versatile light pink/light beige shade has a healthy dose of sparkle added to highlight your best features." We could call a new product "Spumante"!
The picture of said product on the web does not do it justice. So if you would be willing to look into making "Spumante" I would more than willingly send you a sample of the original color in an unmarked container!

I would buy such a product (once I use my fullsize from the company whose name may not be mentioned, lol

)

But to be honest, I think Karen could probably come up with something BETTER, lol

I only have a sample and am afraid to use it because I am not going to purchase from that company again and noone ever offers it for swap or sale. So I would definitely buy it and I am sure it would be a bestseller.

Y'all are hilarious. Spumante...hehe. I've always been more of a prosecco girl myself. I'm open to keeping people happy (or at least trying to). Have any of you tried Angel, Cherub, or any of the Perfecting Glows? I'm just wondering how it would compare so I have a jumping off point.

Yeah, that sounds like Splendid or Pristine perfecting glow... don't know what the "other" product is... but... Splendid is like a really subtle glow to mix in to other products or use as a highlighter. Crystal is the pink version and on me looks a little more sparkly than Splendid and Pristine.

LOL @ "Spumante" - "Prosecco" works too!
I've actually tried all three of the pink sparklies (Crystal, Cherub and Date Bait) and love them all - especially Date Bait! - but I think they might be a little bit more pigmented than other gals are looking for?

Angel is close to clear shimmer. Splendid might be even closer - it's more translucent. You can try samples of both, of course - Angel's a glow, and Splendid is a Perfecting Glow.
Splendid does well - I'm really cool-toned and even I can wear it. I don't use it all over, because at my age it's a bit OTT (I'd do it on a dare, though

), but it's nice for the tops of cheeks, browbone, cupid's bow, etc., and for most gals it'd be a flattering all-over if that's how you wanted to use it.
I also have used it to cut blush colours that are too dark on me in the winter - I'm really not averse to a bit of shimmer, and again, this isn't OTT shimmer.
Now I know it's not what you're talking about, but they both beat the hell out of Lumiere's Winter Silk if you've tried that - yes, I've got that one (and it's my personal opinion - but it's true

). I do not have the a-hem - 'Spumanti' one though as I gave up doing business with THAT company back in 2004 or so.

I won't be able to take pictures, but I have the "all purpose shimmer" product

, Crystal, Angel, and Splendid. I'll try and swatch them tonight (between So You Think You Can Dance and writing semester exams, I might not get to it) to see how they compare.

If I'm remembering right, Crystal looks more like Cherub's picture and Cherub looks more like Crystal's?
I don't know. I mooshed mine together to get an in-between glow.
