I hope all the migrating edm people post their color dupes here.
I need a beige fairly light match.. anyone got an idea?

Hello by the way.. I've just come over from the edm forum and heard about SN maybe being better for me as a base. I love edm still, but I think the base gives me bumps@ After using the foundation every day for about a month i got these flesh colored bumps all over below my cheeks esp my jaw.. had to stop edm and everything else for a few months and finally they are gone! So as you can imagine i am a little scare to wear my base and primers every day now and just use them as special occasions. Any one else had this problem? My skin is very oily so I have stopped using moisturiser too with great results. Best skin i have had in years.. minus the oilyness and blackheads .. sorry to be gross

Dandy,
I can't help with Beige Fairly-Light but if anyone was a Cool Fair-medium in EDM, 8 medium Ivory to 1 Ebony seems to be a good match for me. I've also done 7 Heavy Ivory to 1 Ebony and that works too. Hope someone can help you to match Beige Fairly-Light.

Hey Dandy! Welcome. :)
I did a little search on the forum, and found this:
http://www.silknaturals.com/forum/viewt ... ght#p11498
In it, one girl (happyhiker) says she used Beige Fairly Light in EDM and now uses 1:8 or 9 ebony to ivory in medium coverage. I don't know if it'll work for you, but it's worth a try!
HTH! :)

Hi dandy,

I was a Beige Fairly light before all of the newer olive bases came out. It was not quite right for me....too yellow. The reason I am even brining it up, is that Warm Gold was a good match for me but also slightly too yellow. I would try a Warm Gold in a 1 scoop color to 10 Ivory. I have worn Ebony with pretty good luck, too in about a 1:8 or 9. I know that does not really norrow it down for you, but Beige Fairly Light is kind of one of those encompassing shades that works for many tones. We just have to narrow down which one of those tones you are closest to. Does that make sense? If you are on the yellow side-Warm Gold, if you are on the neutral side-Ebony. (I ended up in the Olive range at SN.)

Hi Dandy, I also used to use EDM Beige Fairly Light. Actually I could never quite decide whether I was fairly light or light medium. I'm an NW20 in Mac. I've just recently mixed up some Silk Naturals and I ended up with 1 scoop Ebony, Half a scoop warm gold and 9 scoops of ivory being a pretty good match for me. I hope that helps.
