You look amazing- stunning, and statuesque!!!!! The tiara really flatters you, and it's incredibly well deserved. Congratulations- you've worked so hard, and it really shows!!!!

Hi All
Would have post sooner but I've had a cold for the last two weeks, been confined to my bed, and I missed my last weight before xmas. God only know what it's going to be in the new year - dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
thanks all for the congrats and you're so very kind words. I love you guys
JenW: Awww thank you
karen: Ohhhhhhh I've never been called Statuesque before (but secretly always wanted someone too

) thank you. Yes, yes I think the tiara suits too, like I should have a real one or something.
I just wanted to wish everyone a very merry christmas and I hope santa brings you all what deserve...............and what you secretly want

. Me personally I want Jared Leto, so if anyone see him please send him to England. Tell him I'm slimmer of the year with a tiara and I know how to use it

I still feel like I haven't caught up on the week I missed at the gym being sick, and it is much harder to get there now the kids are off school, but I went today and yesterday, and have a 'plan' in place with dh for him to watch the girls so I can go - he is not super pleased about it though, sigh.
Anyway, I did RPM this morning so I am feeling good!

DH got a PS Move for Christmas and it is so much fun!! Now we can disc golf indoors in the winter! I feel like it might improve my real disc golf game, too!

It has been a while since I reported.....I decided to enjoy the holidays. Nothing derails me more than feeling deprived. However, I did try to cut back from what I had done in the past and only enjoyed the things that were extra special. Also, I was sick a few times in there.....strep and a stomach bug. Yuck. As of today, I am down 27. I am pretty proud of myself, and it is time to start getting in some regular exercise.

Hi all
Rosemary conley slimmer of the year Gloucester south region hang her head in shame (with a big smile on her face)
Yesterday was my 1st weigh in for a month (with 3/4 weeks of no exercise due to illness) and I've gained 12lbs over that time OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!! I had soooooooo much chocolate, mince pies, biscuits and cake over xmas and enjoyed ever last piece

Yummers
See even someone who's been dieting for 3 years and can stick to it, still manages to gain a lot over xmas
Well here's me getting rid of as much as she can over the next week, wish me luck
Well done Jen glad for you not getting derailed. You should be very proud of yourself

Hey all
I lost 6lbs this week, very chuffed with myself
I'm giving up chocolate and bread for a week to see if it will make another dent in my "12lbs xmas gain".
wish me luck
