Irina, thanks for asking!
Dave is out of the hospital, having had his surgery to remove the lung cancer. He is doing very well, but of course in some pain, and his wife says his meds are making him reallllly cranky. They are doing tests to make sure all the cancer is gone, so that he doesn't have to have chemo. Far far, everything looks really good. Things are stressful for them, but I think it is a more managable kind of stress now, since they know what they are dealing with.
