Shirin, I suggest you really take a break from EVERYTHING. Go back to basic cetaphil cleanser and creams. To exfoliate mix in some baking soda with your Cetaphil cleanser. Give your skin a break. If your acne flareups need attention use only products you have used in the past that definitely work.

Once your skin calms down, slowly reintroduce your products. Don't think that anything that has "natural" or "organic" on it won't hurt you. That's an absolute myth. Essential Oils are among the most potent and complex chemical blends and any one of the organic molecules in that blend can cause an allergic reaction. Actually, some people even have allergic reactions to sunlight and water.

Unless the ingredient is inert (like most mineral ingredients) it can react with your skin. What you want now is to use as few ingredients as possible. Hope your skin recovers soon. If not go see a derm.

thanks for your advice and help. It is only two days that i didn't use the seaweed cleanser and now no more new pimples and my skin is almost clear again. I used the Dermactream from SN yesterday and my moisturizer which has goyava rose, that might have helped, and my ols soap, it is botanical, a solid soap bar with plants for getntle exfoliation or for oily skin.
