Friend discount code

Hi,

I am finally making my first purchase from SN but unfortunately I am not able to use the "friend" discount code. Has it been discontinued? I might have entered it a couple of times earlier to check it out but I never confirmed any purchase order. Is that why the system is not accepting the code??

I have mailed SN, but haven't yet received any reply. Guess they will get back to me sometime soon..... any thoughts on this??

I replied to your email bacause I am having web issues with the forum today. It was easier than sending a pm, and I know you are anxoious to order. Usually, we don't answer emails on the weekend.

Thanks for the quick reply Jen but I don't see the redeem box itself on the page to enter the code!

There is a box on one of the checkout pages that asks for a code. It is kind of down toward the bottom of the "Payment Information" page

Everything else needs to be handled by Customer Service through the website form. I don't have the ability help you with those other things you mentioned.
