Problem with foundation

Post by colie079 » Tue May 05, 2009 11:38 am

K, so my best mix is part medium foundation, part heavy foundation, part warm gold, part olive, I loveeeeee the finish. The problem is just with my mixing, the foundation looks too light when i apply it on my face, then a few hours later after it mixes with my oils its too dark, should i just add more white? How nuch? And i may need just a lil yellow, will buttery gold fix this??

A little Buttery Gold will add a little yellow. Also, you might need to try an oil control primer powder. Also, I would go ahead and lighten it a little. Go in small steps so you don't over lighten.

The too orange is because it is too dark. Start by adding ons scoop at a time on the white.
