Cream Eye liner on the waterline?

Has anyone tried to use the cream liners on the waterline? Is it OK to do so ? I think it should be safe, considering the formulation is much better than any other liner on the market
But does it give good results? I'd hate to end up looking like a panda just to try it out, so if anyone already has, please share

Also, is it safe to mix the clear cream liner with my eyeshadow the night before?
I love what I can do with it, but on some mornings the time I need to get my mixture ready (even if it's very quick and uncomplicated) is just the time I have to get ready ...

It doesn't really stick incredibly well on the waterline. There's nothing in there that would hurt your eye, but I never got great results with it.

Sure! You can premix it the night before...that's pretty much all the colored cream liners are- clear plus eye shadow.
