From what I understand, much of the literature on skin care suggests not to exfoliate more than 2 times a week. Max is 3. This is because your skin still needs a bit of its own natural oils to provide a protective film. Do remember to moisturize regularly.

Just here to add another confirmation to the microdermabrasion cream information! pinkpomelo is correct. Use it 2-3 times a week. I use it in the shower. I take one fingertip full and dot it on my cheeks and forehead. Then I massage it in until I can feel the exfoliating action, and do all the areas of my face. Then I rinse and follow up with my cleanser.
