Anyone tried Eu-Taupe-Ia eyeshadow?

I'm rather obsessed with taupes as I use them both as eyeshadow (taupes seem to look natural on my very pale skin whilst still bringing my blue eyes to life), as well as to contour my cool toned skin (if they're matte).

I already have Idolize, Lurid and Terra from SN, but I'm really interested in Eu-Taupe-Ia. Has anyone here tried it and can tell me what sort of Taupe it is? (since there is no swatch for it on the website ) .

For instance on me Lurid is a (mostly matte) cool brown with obvious grey undertones, Idolize is a (shimmery) grey with muted brown (as well as lilac) undertones, and Terra is a (matte) warm earthern brown with strong pinky red undertones. I'd really love to know what Eu-Taupe-Ia is like colour wise? ie. warm/cool, mostly grey or brown with beige/pink/brown/grey undertones etc.

I think it is a light brown beige. Not really any gray, but not any red to warm it up either. I will try to do a swatch with some of the others you mentioned tomorrow in daylight.

If you get chance, swatches would be really great (maybe it might also help anybody else out there who is on the fence about getting these colours too, I know I can recommend Lurid and Idolize since they've now become my everyday go-to shadows )

...shhhhh....whispering here...I *think* we might've scored a contouring shade,hehe. I believe you & I were clammoring for a taupey/cool grey contouring color...can tell you I have used it as such...shhhh...

It is a shade or two darker than I remember. I must have originally opened it in my wonky bathroom light. It looks a shade lighter than Taupetastic, Lurid, and Terra, but a very neutral brown. I have them all lined up to swatch, but the day is overcast and stormy. Unfortunately that means lousy pics. I'll try tomorrow.

Here is most of them. I know there are a few more that fall into this category, but I hope this will help. IMO eu-Taupe-ia looks not gray and not red/warm. It is pretty neutral.

Thanks so much for the swatches Jen . I agree Eu-Taup-Ia looks very neutral in the swatch, no red but little (cool) grey either. It almost looks like it has beigey (maybe slightly yellow) undertones?

I was hoping it would have a little more cool grey-tones (selfishly as my skin's pretty cool-toned ) but if it works on Mikie as as contour I might just have to get it anyway and try it for myself . It looks a pretty eye colour too, I can see how it would compliment the rest of the stonewashed nudes very well.
